Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary services team in a Senior Living Community in Gwynedd, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implements and supports all culinary related programs to include resident dining, catering, retail, and all other dining functions

  • Responsible for menu development, inventory, ordering/purchasing, and food cost controls

  • Responsible for all food safety and sanitation programs

  • Insures compliance with all policies and procedures with emphasis on quality and attention to detail

  • Full cycle management, onboarding, training, development and growth of the culinary team

  • Serves as a liaison to dining and client leadership

Preferred Qualifications: ‚€ ¬ ¬ 

  • Culinary Arts degree ‚€“ required

  • Servsafe certification - required

  • Five years of progressive culinary management experience - required

  • Expert knowledge of food and catering trends as well as creativity with plate presentation

  • Fine dining restaurant, hotel or country club culinary experience

  • Experience with high-touch customer service environments¬ ¬ 

  • Must be experienced with computers to include Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience in the senior living setting - preferred

  • Contract managed service experience- a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
