HVAC Inventory/Warehouse Manager-Moyer Indoor Outdoor

Moyer Indoor Outdoor is looking to hire a talented and experienced INVENTORY/WAREHOUSE MANAGER for our HVAC Division.
This newly created, highly visible opportunity will be based in our Horsham location and report directly to our HVAC Divisional Manager.
We are looking for someone who can help us select a robust and appropriate inventory management system, along with working with our staff to keep an accurate count of physical inventory.
Specific duties of the Inventory/Warehouse Manager at Moyer Indoor Outdoor include:
Responsible for maintaining the availability and purchase of inventory of the Mechanical Services Department, across multiple locations.
Overall management responsibility of the Inventory and Warehouse team, across multiple locations.
Develop the Inventory structure for the department, consisting of software, physical, and process solutions, for the effective management and growth of the department in specific, and the company as a whole in general.
Assist in the selection process of software solutions for inventory management.
Lead the development and implementation of new software, physical, and process solutions.
Manage warehouse staff and work closely with HR to ensure proper staffing levels in all seasons Create training program for new hires and refresher training for existing employees Create and manage a framework of performance metrics for the team, to assess performance as part of a metrics based employee review process, and build an overall dataset for broader department decision making.
Maintain accurate inventory documentation.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure accurate inventory counts.
Conduct inventory audits and consult with production managers to address inventory and audit results.
Negotiate pricing, and supply side service arrangements, with suppliers and vendors.
